Well I think I will start first by defining cures mean by discipleship. And the reason by that is simply somebody who’s following Jesus towards ever-growing stations of faith. And what It looks like we tend to think – at the time you pose the question, “Why should discipleship be the center of men’s ministry? ” It looks like the default – for most men’s minds is, “How must get men into a good systematic Bible study? ” Together with again, nothing wrong your.

Yeah so, what I hear most people saying is that we should instead have a larger enjoy of what men’s ministry may just be. Or a larger vision – not be thus exclusive or myopic on the subject of saying, “It’s only a good Bible study. And if numbers come to my Bible study, subsequently I’m successful. ” Or – if you'll find 100 men that come to a men’s retreat, subsequently we’re successful. It’s more precisely how are we mobilizing men during the entire church? We’re giving them opportunities to advance in their faith, by employing their gifts and looking at service and projects and engagement with the whole church – not just for with us. That really is a healthier view, it seems like?
Absolutely. Yes. We have a man in our religious named John, who outdated – I don’t discover? 15 years ago from teaching. Very vigorous chap. And his ministry was to the church camp.
