Well I think I will start first by defining that which we mean by discipleship. And enjoy by that is merely somebody who’s following Jesus towards ever-growing stations of faith. And what I'm sure we tend to think – whenever you pose the question, “Why should discipleship be the biggest market of men’s ministry? ” I'm sure the default – in the majority of men’s minds is, “How can i get men into some systematic Bible study? ” And additionally again, nothing wrong your.

Yeah, say more this. ‘Cause I love the manner that you say which. Because sometimes guys occurs to you, and they have a concept of what they imagine men’s ministry as. And it’s a program, it’s a system, it’s a task. But then they miss one another side of it. Which is how do we definitely mobilize men? And if numbers come to my Bible study, then I’m successful. ” Or – if there is 100 men that come to a men’s retreat, then we’re successful. It’s more precisely how are we mobilizing men over the church? We’re giving them opportunities to grow in their faith, by using their gifts and exploring service and projects and engagement with the whole church – not just with us. That is actually a healthier view, it will sound like?
Absolutely. Yes. We contain a man in our church named John, who retired – I don’t find out? 15 years ago out of teaching. Very vigorous person. And his ministry was to your church camp. And John started getting trips to Trout Lake to do building up there. And he’s probably got 30 men inside our church who go with him. It’s very silent, it’s under the radar. They're going up there, and people do tremendous work. They’ve given literally vast amounts of free labor. Skilled labor to this camp. Where children come and they are saved and discipled. Setting up – yeah, he’s some Bible student, but people don’t go and examine the Bible.
